Team CoachingOrganisations operate most effectively when their teams are motivated, working well together and delivering the results that the organisation expects of them. Pure Potential’s coaches work with critical teams at middle and senior levels to help them build effective relationships with each other and to understand and work positively with the natural dynamics that occur within their team. Our work with them enables them to understand their people better, to be clear in how they communicate, to be open to good ideas from their teams, make timely decisions and execute effectively. We work with teams and their everyday challenges. We observe them interacting, listening to each other, challenging each other and see how they handle success as well as failure. Some of the teams that we have worked with, for example, find it easy to work hard together but never take the time to celebrate their combined successes. Other teams are so busy working in individual silos that they never get the best from the combined capability of the team. Read about the different assessments that we use with teams so that they can understand each other better and deliver on each others’ strengths rather than focusing on their differences. We work with teams in a way that helps them understand how they operate, what helps and what hinders their performance. We then support the team as they implement the recommended changes. We often coach the leader of the team individually alongside the team so that the leader can continue to sustain what our coaching has improved, long after we are no longer required. |
