Action Learning is a specific process to accelerate learning, working with real problems and focuses on implementing solutions. It offers the opportunity to listen to peers and to learn from their constructive comments. Pure Potential facilitates such events. The assigned coach acts as facilitator to ensure an open and supportive environment, so that everyone in the group can learn and develop.
