Home > Individuals Working with IndividualsMany of our individual clients started their careers as accountants, doctors, engineers, lawyers or scientists. Now, they are responsible for driving results, building high-performing teams, and communicating and collaborating with key people across their organisations. They hold crucial positions at Director, Divisional or Board level. One-to-one coaching addresses their particular strengths and their development needs, enabling people to achieve even more for themselves and for their organisations. Sometimes, executives need someone (like an experienced coach) to reflect back to them how they are impacting their organisation. They just may not have that necessary insight. At other times, they just need to learn how to be more at ease with other people either at peer level or above them so that they can make an even more significant contribution to their organisation.
