- Facilitated sessions with each board member and their respective teams to build cohesiveness and collaboration.
- Clear objectives set out up-front and monitoring of progress against these objectives over the six-month period.
- 360° feedback sessions to clarify and agree key areas upon which the leader and his team needed to focus.
- Fortnightly sessions working closely with the senior HR manager and her team to understand how changes were felt within the company.

- Substantial increase in revenues and profits for this company in a sector where their competitors were making redundancies.
- A much more cohesive management team who could plan for the future as well as take care of today’s revenues.
